Article begins below
Discussion began between the Klee core team and XT.COM (among all other centralized exchanges) on March 26th 2022 — where a request for contract migration information was initiated.
It was mentioned that the contract conversion fee will be considered at $2,000 USD — This was an agreed term.
On the 21st April, the price had magically changed and is now $5,000 USD — while this was expensive, we were given no reduction in previously quoted amount and were not able to negotiate. The terms of $5,000 USD would be accepted with no other choice given.
On 24th April, the migration information was provided to all centralized exchanges, XT.COM included which notably mentioned the below;
- Uniswap will cease trading V1 KLEE 24th April @ 20:00 UTC
- Migration of V1 tokens will commence 24th April @ 21:00 UTC
- V2 uniswap contract open for trading 30th April @ 20:00 UTC
On 29th April, KLEE alterted XT.COM of trading, deposits and withdrawal still open on XT.COM exchange. A response was received 2nd May, after the KLEE core team had informed XT.COM of people sending V1 token to XT.COM exchange after purchasing on Uniswap after 24th April.
XT.COM has confirmed May 2nd, withdrawal has been closed, no mention of deposits also being closed.
Holders continue to notify the KLEE core team of tokens missing from their wallet, with no acknowledgement or care considered from XT.COM.
May 7th, KLEE core team have given a method to resolve, which will see all holders whom held KLEE V1 tokens on XT.COM prior to the snapshot will be given their V2 tokens automatically.
Minutes, hours and days pass by with no response from XT.COM — KLEE core team messaged again
KLEE core team try to engage with XT.COM and notify them of the exact problem in which occurred due to their extensive delay with their centralized exchange allowing deposits and withdrawals of the KLEE V1 tokens. KLEE core team had requested current total sweep amounts of tokens which are on the XT.COM hot wallets for their exchange.
At the time of the snapshot performed on the 24th April — XT.COM had a total of:
0xE5B8ff1ca1c3Ef2ac704783d6473Ee5a9BE7e02d
240,719,258,416,040.00 Tokens
0xe0a616c3659be29567e08819772e6905307adf21
48,785,021,832,812.00
A combined total of 289,504,280,248,852 Tokens in circulation within their Centalized exchange.
On May 2nd, when XT.COM finally closed withdrawal and deposits, their exchange had a total of 5,030,420,710,284,360.525506183 Tokens in circulation within their hotwallet.
This clearly identifies that they have allowed users to deposit KLEE V1 Tokens with all chances to cause severe arbitration once these tokens will be converted into V2 tokens. It is with illicit intent that the user wallets below would proceed to send back to uniswap and perform their token sales to actively surpress the KLEE V2 token price.
The wallets in which were performing purchases on Uniswap for V1 tokens after the 24th April and immediately sending them to XT.COM exchange due to being unable to try or migrate through the migration portal, are captured on the link below
After this finding, another solution was provided to XT.COM which will ensure all V1 token holders will receive their V2 tokens if purchased before the 24th April snapshot.
As further delays are presented by XT.COM, they have found the time to have their media team publish an article denying all blame on their exchanges shifty movements and lack of respect for their holders who have now fallen victim to their slow movements.
Time continues to pass, with no response from XT.COM, when prompted we are advised it is a 1:1 ratio swap to be made for all tokens which are on the XT.COM exchange (this is based at the time of withdrawl and deposits closing May 2nd) when it needs to be 1:1 from April 24th.
After no reply, it is now May 11 where this article is being typed for all holders to understand what is taking XT.COM so long to perform the auto-migration in which was discussed ever so many times between March 29th and April 20th
At this moment in time, XT.COM are still failing to understand the problem at hand. The KLEE core team has reason to believe that the wallets in which deposited tokens to XT.COM are infact someone from inside of the exchange itself to attempt arbitration to ensure the exchange continues to make money off of the migration in which will not only affect XT.COM holders, but it will also severely effect the token holders who hold on uniswap.
The KLEE core team has actively communicated with holders who hold within XT.COM that they will receive their V2 tokens as they are entitled to, with or without XT.COM in agreement.
As articles begin to be released from XT.COM news outlet, they are placing the shots at the core team of KLEE being the problem however, this is not the case.
The core team will continue to pressure XT.COM to allow the withdrawal of the token, however it has become apparent to the core team of KLEE as to why XT.COM will not open withdrawals — they charge a withdrawal fee which is in V1 token (V1 KLEE Tokens can not be used and have no value, which is why they are avoiding to allow the withdrawal of tokens).
SOLUTION: The Klee Core team encourages any person whom is holding on XT.COM to open a support ticket with the title of XT token holder and the core team will be manually migrating each holder who opens a ticket, please note: PROOF of your purchase history and current token balances will be required inside of the support ticket.

The wallets which performed V1 token transfers after the 24th April are to be credited their V1 tokens to ensure they do not incur a loss of token amounts. We strongly believe all KLEE holders are entitled to their tokens, whether it be V1 for those who purchased after the 24th April or V2 for those who purchased and held before the snapshot on the 24th April.
