It has come time to inform you, our community, that we will be creating a snapshot of all user wallets to commence the migration process from our V1 contract!

The Etherscan snapshot will be performed 24th April, 2022 @ 20:00 UTC

What does the snapshot mean for holders?

The core team of KleeKai will visit Etherscan.io and obtain all of the current wallet addresses, which hold the V1 $KLEE token.

Holders current wallet addresses and their token holdings (including V1 reflections) will be captured and frozen in time. This document will be used and fed into the V1 claiming migration portal.

The V1 claiming portal will perform a check upon selecting the, “Approve V1 Transfer”, which will view the expected token values.

Once approved, the user will see the second button become active which reads, “Claim your V2 Tokens”.

Please note: If a discrepancy is identified, the portal will not allow migration. This will generally only occur if a wallet has performed a sell, swap or purchase since the snapshot was performed.

What is expected for you to do after the snapshot?

Once the snapshot has been taken, no action is required from holders.

Please avoid selling, swapping or buying more V1 tokens as all of these actions will cause issues for the user during the migration portal process.

After the snapshot is taken, we will release the information of when the migration portal will be released for holders to begin migrating their V1 tokens into the Supercharged V2 tokens!

Holders do not need to do anything with their $KLEE V1 at this point and only continue to hold your tokens while we begin to initiate the migration portal and liquidity over to the V2 contract.

What does it mean to migrate liquidity?

Migrating liquidity means moving the initial liquidity from the V1 contract and deploy it on the V2 contract.

As our V1 contract was minted with all of the supply burned to Uniswap it is impossible for the core team to be able to withdraw liquidity from the Uniswap pool entirely.

Why are you not able to Airdrop holders their tokens?

Airdropping of tokens is a method undertaken by many projects in order to migrate their existing holders from a V1 contract into V2, however, the main reason why we are unable to perform this method is based on the liquidity being burned to Uniswap.

As we need to withdraw the liquidity and migrate it over from our V1 contract and into our V2 contract, we will need to be able to obtain V1 tokens and perform the liquidity extraction manually (by selling majority of the tokens back to Uniswap) therefor extracting the liquidity which will then be added to the V2 contract.

How will the liquidity be migrated from V1 to V2?

The V1 liquidity will be migrated from our V1 contract and deployed into our V2 contract through the contract deployer wallet which is below;

0xb19ea1d1b9ede773e4b86b1e913236e0daeaf808

This wallet will be receiving V1 tokens from holders automatically through the migration portal procedure. There are a handful of holders who have begun sending in tokens automatically to this wallet which will allow the initial liquidity to be withdrawn and applied to the V2 contract.

Note; after the snapshot has been taken and the migration portal has been announced, this wallet will be providing V1 tokens back to Uniswap (selling) to extract $ETH from the supply, which will all be provided as liquidity in the V2 contract.

What will happen if I buy the V1 token after the snapshot?

Purchasing of the V1 tokens after the snapshot will be taken will automatically be considered an un-migratable token amount. This transaction will not be recognized within the contract migration portal and the wallet contents may not be able to be migrated.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT PURCHASE V1 TOKENS AFTER SNAPSHOT HAS BEEN TAKEN

What will happen if I don’t want to migrate my V1 tokens?

The migration portal will be open for 3 months to allow holders enough time to migrate over to the V2 contact.

The V1 tokens which will be in circulation in holders‘ wallets, will lose value significantly due to the liquidity being migrated from the V1 contract into the V2 contract —eventually the V1 contract address will not be tracked with Etherscan, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap or Zerion.

The recommended and best method is to migrate your tokens at the soonest available time to ensure you hold your V2 tokens upon the contract launch date, which will be announced after the migration portal is open.

Can I buy more V2 tokens after I have migrated?

Yes, however not initially — the only way to obtain the V2 $KLEE tokens and to have them available for the launch (public trading) of the new contract will be by purchasing prior to the snapshot being taken.

V2 tokens will be on public sale after the migration portal has been open for 6 days

How long will I have to migrate before the V2 contract is live for trading?

Holders will have 6 days to perform their V1 token migration before the V2 token is live for public sale and trading.

Uniswap will begin trading the V2 $KLEE tokens on April 30th @ 20:00 UTC

The major benefit of migrating within this period is to ensure that your V2 tokens are in your wallet and ready for the launch. Users will be able to migrate their tokens from V1 into V2 for up to 3 months.

Are there any fees I should expect to see to migrate my V1 tokens?

Yes, there will be two migration transaction fees which will reflect an average amount of $10–$20 USD. If there is a higher GAS fee being displayed on your device, please ensure to check back in at a later time to see if the GAS fee has been reduced.

The GAS fee is not within our control, GAS pricing will fluctuate every 30 seconds per the Ethereum blockchain network traffic. To view the Ethereum live GAS fee pricing, please see the below:

Click here to view the current GAS/Transaction fee

Note: The V2 contract will be deploying additional tokens to every wallet that migrated through the portal to cover the associated transaction fees from the migration.

I hold my tokens on a centralized exchange, do I need to migrate?

No, each centralized exchange will perform the migration of tokens for users at specific times (please ensure to follow the exchange news and social media channels for the cease of trading announcement and the relaunch announcement for exact key dates where the V2 tokens will be available in your wallets.

Will there be any taxes for migrating from V1 to V2 through the portal?

No, every migration portal transaction will be exempt from taxes. You will not be charged any taxes during the migration.

If you experience an issue during the migration portal claiming process, a review of the wallet will need to be undertaken and manual assistance will be required.

To receive manual assistance, please email to the below address your wallet address that holds V1 $KLEE and a brief description of the issue which is being experienced.
